Corruption Rising are a metal duo from the South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, Australia.

​

The band was formed by and consists of two primary members: Andrew Nemaric and Mark Evans.

​

Both Andrew & Mark are well-versed in their abilities on the major instruments, both having strong ability to play and write for guitar, bass & drums.

​

With these abilities and cross-functional musicianship, Mark and Andrew both equally compose, play, record and produce all of the bands work, covering all grounds except for vocals.

​

Due to their high standard of work, Mark and Andrew both know that ensuring they have the best possible vocal work onboard for their projects is a must-have at all times.

​

For their current releases and debut album (Internal Damnation, 2021), the band have recruited the fine vocal work of Eric Castiglia; a renowned vocalist who currently works as an outsourcing artists providing his services to various projects.

He is also affiliated with and works with Nuclear Blast Records on occasion in various areas.

​

Eric's vocal work has been a strong fore-front for Corruption Rising's music and the band will continue to utilize his strong vocal abilities across future work.

​

With a strong back-catalog of heavy, powerful & strong tracks, Corruption Rising are on the rise and are on track to take the Melbourne Metal scene by storm.

​

With only a short amount of history under their belts so far, the band have already experienced some small wins in the form of air-play, media releases and algorithmic playlist inclusions.

​

Some of these include radio air-play on AMR Heavy Reborn and Aus 24/7 Metal Radio (hosted by renowned Aussie Metal icon, Andrew Haug), press release and media publication in HEAVY Magazine (Australia's biggest heavy music publication), official curated Spotify Playlists and more.
